This unusually tall French bronze/brass altar candelabra is an intricate and highly decorative spray of gilt lilies and foliage, incorporating nine candle-holders.
The flowers and foliage spread upwards from a classical urn with small cherub detail to the front. The urn has been mounted on a shaped marble base.
Some of the lilies have lost their stamens, but, other than that small detail, this is in great condition for its age, with a beautiful, aged patina on the gilt finish.
