Hand-carved rustic table

An unusual, very rustic 19th century table with hand-carved motifs on the skirt on the long sides, scrubbed top and turned legs with inverted cup feet.

The cup feet would have been a later addition rather than original when the table was made, but still with great age. Likewise the top has been patched in various places, but this work also dates back a very long time and therefore greatly enhances the character and unique feel of this table.

This would be an ideal prep table for a kitchen, or dining table, but please note the dimension of the skirt on the underside, as this might not suit all heights of dining chair.
