Antique wooden hay rack

An extremely rustic item, which is part of an old wooden hay rack for feeding livestock. The aged timber has degraded, but this rough texture combined with the irregular spindles add to its tremendous character. It shows signs of historic woodworm, but it has been cleaned and treated. It’s also been given a light coat of wax. This is a large piece, which would make a tremendous impact as a decorative item in a private or commercial setting.
