This is a large West country settle, beautifully aged and full of character, with rich patina to the wood. It is in sturdy condition with one (very old) metal brace repair to the top of one of the wing sections. With its high back, single plank seat, cut-out arm rests and curved wings, this piece has tremendous impact.
